• Interior Colors: Final color selections will be based on client preference if specified. If not, the standard Sherwin-Williams color palette will be used. 
• Kitchen Cabinets: Cabinets will match client selections or plan specifications. If not provided, standard framed white cabinets with white granite countertops will be used. 
• Flooring: Wood plank flooring will be used throughout the main living areas, with tile flooring in the bathrooms, mudroom, and laundry areas.

• Finishes: Exterior finishes will match client-provided plans. 
• Colors and Materials: If no exterior colors are specified, renderings will default to white siding (lap siding, board and batten, or metal) with standard black roofing (shingles or metal panels). 

3D Video Rendering 

Scope of Work: A high-quality 3D video walkthrough will be created, showcasing both the interior and exterior of the modeled home.

Specifications:

The video will highlight key areas of the home with smooth camera transitions and realistic lighting. Both interior and exterior environments will be included to provide a comprehensive visual experience. The video length and pacing will be optimized to present the design in a clear, engaging, and professional format suitable for client presentations or marketing use.

Sun and Shadow Study

A geolocated 3D model shows how sunlight and shadows move across your home throughout the year. This study helps you see which areas get the most natural light, which stay shaded, and how your home will look at different times of day—so you can make the most of your space and enjoy a bright, comfortable living environment.
