Onsite Kitchen and Bath In Person Design $750.00

Onsite Design Includes:

• Review scope of project
• Discuss design ideas and layout options
• Draw Conceptual Design Options
• Conceptual Floor Plan
• Conceptual Interior 3D renderings (Still Image 3D Pictures)
• Conceptual Design only – No construction drawings included

Remodel Home Addition Design Construction / Permit Package $2000 base fee

Remodel Construction / Permit Document Package includes:

• As-Built Floor Plans and Elevations
• Interior and exterior 3D renderings
• Property Search
• Zoning Requirements
• Site Plan at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Floor Plans at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Exterior elevations at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Schematic electrical layout at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Foundation plan (slab, basement, or crawl space) at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Building Cross Sections
• Plumbing plan for in-slab rough-in at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Roof plan at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Roof and Floor Framing Plans
• Interior millwork elevations at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Wall sections and construction details.
