Stock Plans are available in both printed and instant download pdf format.
- Printed plans can be modified to fit your needs and lot design.
- Plans that are instant download pdf file with standard construction plans. (Slab Foundation) and cannot be modified.
Plan Modification Fee ranges from $350.00-$750.00 depending on the required modifications.
Our foundation options include:
- Slab (Monolithic)
- Crawlspace (additional \$350.00)
- Basement (additional \CALL FOR PRICING)
Typical Stock Plan Drawing Package:
- Floor plan(s) ¼” or 1/8” scale
- Exterior elevations ¼” or 1/8” scale
- Schematic electrical layout ¼” or 1/8” scale
- Foundation plan. (slab, or crawl space) ¼” or 1/8” scale
- Plumbing plan in slab rough in ¼” or 1/8” scale
- Roof plan ¼” or 1/8” scale
- Wall sections as needed.
- Interior millwork elevations ¼” or 1/8” scale
- (3) sets of printed drawings/pdf file
