Barndominium Design $0.75 per square foot. 

Design Package includes:

• Interior and Exterior 3D Renderings (Still Image 3D Pictures)
• Floor Plans at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Exterior Elevations at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Schematic Electrical Layout at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Foundation Plan (slab) at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Building Cross Sections
• Plumbing Plan for in-slab rough-in at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Roof Plan at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Roof and Floor Framing Plans
• Interior Millwork Elevations at 1/4” or 1/8” scale
• Wall Sections and Construction Details. 
• Schedules for doors, windows, millwork, electrical, and plumbing
• Bill of materials
• PDF Plan Set for reproduction 

Traditional Custom Home Design $1.50 per square foot.
